EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or a related Engineering field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering within the medical device industry.
  • Expertise in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), SPC (Minitab), and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and metrology.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), 2D/3D CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and automation technologies.
  • Proven ability to mentor, lead teams, and work cross-functionally to drive manufacturing excellence, adapting to changing demands while maintaining a high standard of work.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading process validation efforts with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll be at the forefront of new product introductions (NPI), lean manufacturing initiatives, and process automation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working as part of an ever-growing engineering team, this is an exciting opportunity to drive process excellence and automation in precision manufacturing to enhance production efficiency and quality.
