Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes. The manufacturing engineer's responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality, designing new products and processes, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards. Description: * Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed * Study production and machine requirements * Develop and test effective automated and manual system. * Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources * Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance * Resolve issues and delays in production * Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality * Train staff in new and existing processes * Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers * Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations * Upgrade systems and processes with new technology * Actively involved in RCCA analysis with QC/QC teams as well as supporting internal / external audits   Requirements: * Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required. * 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred. * Prior experience in Semiconductor or similar industries will be added advantage. * Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery. * Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related technical drawing software. * Ability to occasionally support during off hours / weekends if the need arises * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong organization and management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * High level of technical expertise. * Strong analytical thinker.
Responsibilities
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will oversee and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and facility layouts to ensure cost-efficiency and high product quality.
