QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; and 2 years manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
  • Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions
  • Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects with cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; and 4 years manufacturing experience.
  • knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, gauging, controls, and mechanical or electrical engineering principles
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Familiarity with conducting time studies and using data to optimize processes
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other structured improvement methodologies
    The yearly compensation for this role is $68,320 - $103,740, is commensurate on experience and education, and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company’s short-term incentive program, paid time off plan, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. Responsibilities
  • Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and conducting regular audits. Partner with leadership and shop floor teams to identify and implement safety improvements specific to chain manufacturing operations.
