In the Senior Manufacturing Engineering position you will plan, organize, and implement projects such as process improvements and enhancing productivity in a high mix low volume environment. The Manufacturing Engineering department is responsible for continuous improvements, collecting and data analysis, safety-related improvements, and hands-on job responsibilities such as designing fixtures, tooling, welding support, mechanical work and fixing equipment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Measure and report performance for multiple product lines Perform complete cost analysis in support of projects and proposals Identify and address problems in production environment Develop and refine manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency Be hands on with trouble shooting machineries and operation issues Coordinate with multi-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve operations Collaborate and drive safety improvements throughout operation Participate in global projects spanning multiple factories/product lines Who You Are: You enjoy variety in your work and are action oriented. You plan and prioritize your projects but can readily adapt to new business priorities. You are strong in statistical, data analytic skills, a good communicator and can coordinate the competing priorities of your immediate work group, outside vendors, and other departments. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree – A degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required Strong mechanical competence and must be hands-on troubleshooting and working on industrial equipment Strong problem solving and analytical skills Understanding of engineering principles, material science and manufacturing processes Work Hours: M- TH (9 hours); F (4 hours) - half day only! The salary range for this role is $82,800 - $118,300 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
