We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to join our client’s team based in Iroquois. As a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, you’ll lead a cross-functional team in a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment.

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering and technical team to drive process development and production readiness.
• Oversee new product introductions, including tooling, layout, and prototype builds.
• Align engineering activities with broader operational goals through cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement best practices in electronics and mechanical assembly for improved performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance throughput, quality, and cost efficiency in production.
• Manage on-site production with hands-on leadership of a team of 12 or more staff members.
• Support disciplined planning and execution for successful prototype builds and production scaling.
• Partner with Product Engineering and R&D to advance design for manufacturability and robust assembly processes.
