Assignment Description We are now looking for a Senior Manufacturing Finished Goods Inventory Planning & Control Senior Professional in Ludvika. Description: Key Responsibilities Job Description: Planning Coordinator – Material Kit Flow Purpose of the Role As a Planning Coordinator, your role is to ensure an efficient and transparent flow of information for the ongoing material kit project. You will act as the central point of contact for all planning-related matters connected to material kits, with the purpose of supporting and relieving the detailed planners. Main Responsibilities: Overall Overview: Be responsible for maintaining a consolidated and up-to-date overall view of all material kit plans, from start to completion. Progress Monitoring: Continuously stay updated on the progress of material kit projects. Proactively follow up on status and timelines through close contact with relevant internal functions. Planning Information Hub: Act as the central information source and coordination hub for all planning-related questions regarding material kits. Collect, consolidate, and distribute relevant status information to the detailed planners. Deviation Management: Serve as the planning point of contact in the event of material delays. Be responsible for communicating the status of deviations and any potential impact on the overall plan to the affected planners. Required Qualifications Swedish and English mandatory Around 5-6 years of experience specifically in production planning, supply coordination or similar coordination roles.
