As our Senior Manufacturing Operations Leader, you will lead daily operations and planning for our advanced material center in Newark, DE. You’ll have a direct impact on how we approach projects, improve processes, and shape the way our team works together. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity, you’ll help set priorities and enable team success. While you’ll follow established professional practices and policies, you’ll also have the autonomy to make important operational decisions. This role requires sound judgement, leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
