You’ll have a direct impact on how we approach projects, improve processes, and shape the way our team works together. While you’ll follow established professional practices and policies, you’ll also have the autonomy to make important operational decisions. This role requires sound judgement, leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

• Lead safe operations within the production facility, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are met while driving continuous improvement initiatives based on company and industry standards.
