The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer applies a solid understanding of engineering principles to identify, develop, and implement improvement projects in a highly sanitary, ready-to-eat food production environment.
They work with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Product Development, Facilities, Engineering and partner firms to assure the highest level of safety, quality, consistency and productivity.
Our product line consists of multiple product lines which require an individual that can support the high-level vision for culture and growth and be comfortable with a “hands on” approach and style.
The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer leads programs and projects with multidisciplinary teams and works collaboratively with employees at all levels to continuously improve performance and to achieve company goals.
This individual is a lead technical resource to a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
