KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and optimize fabrication machine programming to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Perform part nesting to maximize material utilization and reduce waste. * Specify and design tooling to support manufacturing processes and product requirements. * Define equipment specifications and collaborate with vendors and internal teams for procurement. * Design and improve process flows to enhance production throughput and quality. * Lead automation project management initiatives to integrate new technologies and improve manufacturing capabilities. * Manage new equipment installation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. * Develop and maintain standard work documentation and routing procedures. * Conduct operator training to ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to standard work. * Manage operator training plans and training matrix updates. * Maintain and update routing documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
