GENERAL SUMMARY

The Senior Market and Customer Research Analyst delivers insights that inform business strategy, improve customer experience, and support growth and retention efforts. This role plays a key part in managing our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program and partners with teams across the organization to design and execute research that supports product development, marketing, and customer experience initiatives. The analyst uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to turn data into actionable insights.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer or market research, with exposure to VoC programs.
  • Familiarity with experience management platforms (Qualtrics preferred).
  • Experience supporting product or concept research is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights.
