Description

Provide in-depth analysis of global LNG markets, including regional flows, pricing hubs, and demand centers for a 2-5 year time frame. Interpret price movements and market dynamics, incorporating macroeconomic events, geopolitical developments, policy changes, and headline risks over the mid-term horizon. Monitor and assess market drivers such as liquefaction capacity, shipping constraints, contract structures, and their impact on mid-term price trends. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization. Experience with Python for modeling, automation, and data manipulation is preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in LNG trading, market analysis, or related roles. Proven track record of building market models and delivering strategic insights. Experience in related gas markets (pipeline, NGL, or power) is a strong plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights. Build and maintain supply-demand forecast models for LNG with a 2-5 year horizon, integrating global production, regasification, and consumption trends. Collaborate closely with trading desks to align analytics with commercial strategies.
