ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager on our dynamic Go East Marketing team, where you’ll drive strategic growth initiatives for the Koodo Internet brand through comprehensive campaign leadership, value proposition evolution, and digital performance optimization. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that put our customers first and fuel our continued expansion in the competitive eastern landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Leadership
  • Develop comprehensive quarterly campaign strategies utilizing customer research, market intelligence, business objectives to drive measurable business growth through innovative marketing approaches and omni-channel support
  • Socialize the campaign strategy to senior leadership through capable executive storytelling
  • Interlock with the National Consumer (Home Solutions and Mobility) and Business Marketing team to ensure messaging and program alignment where possible
  • Lead a cross-functional team to execute on the quarterly campaign strategy implementing strict timelines and providing regular stakeholder updates to ensure coordinated execution and on-time delivery
  • Value Proposition Evolution
  • Collaborate with the Offers Team to secure compelling offers that align with quarterly campaign objectives and drive competitive differentiation
  • Partner with the Products & Services team to launch new capabilities and bundled value propositions by conducting comprehensive market research, sizing business opportunities, designing optimized customer journeys, and developing and executing sophisticated go-to-market strategies
  • Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable value proposition enhancements that drive relevance and competitiveness
  • Digital Performance
  • Maintain accountability for web performance metrics with a business ownership mindset, establishing performance management frameworks that align KPIs to strategic objectives
  • Translate data-driven insights into actionable strategic recommendations that drive measurable business impact across all digital touchpoints
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for quarterly growth initiatives, implementing tactical plans through paid digital campaigns and web optimizations with programmatic precision
  • Execute weekly performance analysis and ongoing tactical optimization to maximize growth opportunities across all initiatives
