Company Description TBC is looking for a Senior Brand Manager at TBC Capital , A Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy to strengthen TBC Capital’s Brokerage and Investment market presence and achieve growth objectives. They oversee marketing efforts and results, monitor market trends, and ensure the alignment of all branding activities with the company's goals. Job Description Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance TBC Capital’s Brokerage and Investment customer engagement and brand equity. Analyze customer insights through customer experience to shape branding initiatives. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media. Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and digital teams to align branding strategies and execution. Lead and mentor an agile team to achieve high-impact outcomes. Market Research and Analysis Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning and customer engagement Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI to refine strategies. Brand Identity and Communication Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints and TBC brand. Budget Management Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. Stakeholder Engagement Present branding strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders. Build relationships and feedback platforms with key influencers and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: At least 5+ years in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in a high-paced or competitive environment. Interest and motivation for tech products, investments and brokerage business is a must. Core Competencies: Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. This role is essential for driving brand growth, shaping consumer perceptions, and positioning the company as a leader in its industry Desired Attributes Multitasker with high resilience towards fast -paced environment Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agile teams.
