It’s Plein Air Agency is a leading marketing consultancy focusing on the restaurant and hospitality industry providing solutions from Creative, Production, Media Strategy & Buying, Digital Content to Website and Mobile App development. We are a fully remote agency and are looking for remote talent to join our team!
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive growth. This role requires a hands-on analyst who can both build advanced BI dashboards and dive deep into the data with statistical rigor. You’ll work closely with Guest Engagement, Technology and Digital Marketing teams to measure performance, uncover opportunities, and inform decision-making through data storytelling.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Experience in A/B testing, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical methods.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CDP, or digital marketing platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Computer Science; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying.
  • Exposure to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Excellent understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, churn, attribution, etc.).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to storyboard insights for clear and persuasive communication with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role—self-starter who takes ownership and executes independently

Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Build and present storyboards and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth marketing analytics across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and campaign performance.
  • Apply statistical methods and modeling techniques to measure ROI, customer lifetime value, attribution, and incremental impact.
  • Partner with Guest Engagement Marketing Manager to translate business questions into data analyses and actionable strategies.
  • Roll up your sleeves to perform hands-on data work—pulling, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing datasets.
  • Write SQL/Python scripts for advanced analytics, automation, or data manipulation.
  • Proactively identify new ways to leverage data for improved targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.
