Description:
DESCRIPTION:
- We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Consultant with 7+ years of experience, this person will be responsible for analyzing digital performance across our website, marketing channels, and customer segments to provide actionable recommendations.
- Focus on optimizing ROAS, improving conversion rates, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions for content personalization, A/B testing, and website optimization.
- The role will directly influence how we engage and convert customers across digital touchpoints.
SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7-10 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or data analysis, with a focus on conversion optimization and digital performance.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related platforms.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation to optimize digital experiences and improve KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation strategies and the ability to analyze customer data to deliver tailored insights and recommendations.
- Expertise in website optimization, with a particular focus on improving user experience, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Experience with content personalization strategies, leveraging data to create personalized experiences across web and email campaigns.
- Solid understanding of ROAS, customer acquisition, and conversion metrics for performance marketing.
- Experience woriing on A/B Testing
- Good data visualization and reporting skills
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working in a Databricks Environment
- Advanced Analytics skills with 2-3 years of experience working on Statistical techniques and Data science models
