THE ROLE & THE TEAM

The Senior Marketing Analyst role is part of our Marketing Analytics team, responsible for the monitoring, analysis & trading decisions around brand marketing channels (digital and offline). This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in the commercial business steering and ensures that a triple digit yearly budget is invested in support of our growth ambitions and strategic priorities. Marketing Analytics operates in close collaboration with commercial, marketing, product & engineering colleagues across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.INCLUSIVE BY DESIGN

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation: You will lead and execute sophisticated, end-to-end analyses on complex, multi-source datasets (e.g. digital marketing ads platform data, offline channel data, marketing attribution data, brand health trackers, statistical models). Your focus will be on uncovering the relationships between our brand marketing investments and their impact on brand health and business metrics, delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Measurement Strategy & Innovation: You will drive the evolution of our brand marketing measurement strategy. This involves architecting and implementing robust frameworks that go beyond standard KPIs. You will leverage insights from advanced methodologies (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing) to define the gold standard for measuring the effectiveness of our diverse portfolio of marketing activities.
  • Data & Tooling Architecture: You drive the creation and maintenance of automated self-service reporting solutions (in Microstrategy) for our stakeholders, empowering them with scalable, intuitive access to data. You will act as a key partner to our data engineering and product teams, influencing their roadmap to guarantee data integrity, availability, and the development of next-generation analytical capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Consultancy: You will act as an analytical advisor and strategic consultant to senior Brand Marketing leadership. You will translate complex analytical concepts into compelling narratives that guide campaign strategy, budget allocation, and trading decisions.
