Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER
The Senior Marketing Analyst is in charge of the management in the execution of marketing plan tools and change controls , also support in campaigns, events and others that are required in the line of business for pharma.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead the implementation of Change controls for marketing areas for designated lines of business.
- Support the Business Unit Manager in all activities related to Marketing, conducting congresses and educational events with HCPs.
- Report monthly/weekly sales trends to provide data on growth opportunities to the sales team.
- Grant management of the designated line of business for Marketing events and campaigns.
- Track marketing budget (spend vs forecast). Report monthly expense tracking of cost centers associated with the designated business unit.
- Support in the development of the Commercial Plan: segmentation, targeting, product positioning and tactical plan.
- Support with the development of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Be the liaison with agencies (briefings, material adjustments, etc.).
- Manage promotional material approvals through PromoMats.
- Manage material stock and expiration for policy compliance.
- Execute monthly strategy for congresses and educational programs assiciated with strict compliance with policies for interaction with healthcare professionals.
- Support the development of marketing materials aligned with the strategy for pharma.
