QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in Consumer Health or FMCG industry
  • Solid project management skills and ability to build and influence client relationships
  • Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior managers and executives in the life sciences industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Interest in data-driven methodologies and advanced data analytics/Excel skills (or the willingness to develop these skills quickly)
  • Familiarity with key issues and current developments in the life science industry
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills
  • Established network and referral contacts
  • Subject matter expertise to manage projects effectively

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a dynamic Trade Marketer to join our Consulting team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead complex projects and build new business opportunities within the life sciences sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of high-impact projects (e.g., Go-To-Market strategy, Organizational design, Market Research)
  • Assess client requirements and devise cost-effective solutions
  • Provide direction to Analysts, Consultants, and Statistical Services
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to develop client-specific solutions
  • Create and deliver customised client reports and presentations
  • Offer actionable insights and recommendations through formal presentations or interactive workshops
  • Lead projects related to omnichannel touchpoint journey setup and commercial strategy/policy impact analysis
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up post-project completion
  • Continually enhance knowledge of consulting methodologies and the consumer health market
  • Act as Project Manager, managing timelines and facilitating daily communication with clients and team members
