This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and business strategy. You'll serve as the connective tissue between disparate data systems, turning raw customer data into actionable intelligence that empowers marketing, sales, and leadership to make smarter decisions and drive measurable ROI. If you're the type who naturally gravitates toward messy data problems, loves building clarity from complexity, and can hold your own in a room full of both executives and engineers — we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities Data Integration & Customer Intelligence Consolidate and harmonize customer data from multiple platforms and systems into a repeatable, unified, & reliable view of the customer journey Identify data gaps, quality issues, and integration opportunities across marketing, sales, and product data sources Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that surface meaningful customer insights to stakeholders Translate raw data into clear narratives that drive strategic decisions across marketing and sales Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement Own the measurement framework for marketing campaigns, demand generation, and pipeline contribution Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value trends to inform go-to-market strategy Track and report on key marketing KPIs including MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and attribution Partner with the marketing team to design and analyze A/B tests and campaign experiments Tools & Technology Serve as a power user and internal resource for CRM and marketing platforms including Salesforce Evaluate and onboard new analytics tools and technologies as the business evolves Automate reporting and data workflows to reduce manual effort and increase analytical throughput Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management Act as a trusted analytics partner to marketing, sales, product, and finance teams Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with clear prioritization and communication Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant way Drive cross-functional alignment on data definitions, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) Demonstrated ability to integrate and work with data from multiple disparate systems Exceptional communication skills — you can explain complex data to non-technical audiences without losing nuance Proven track record of self-directed project management with minimal oversight Preferred Background in fintech, financial services, or similarly regulated industries Experience in a B2B SaaS environment Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation Knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-touch revenue analytics Experience presenting to VP/C-suite stakeholders What We're Looking For Beyond the resume, we're hiring for mindset and character. The ideal candidate is: A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to look for in data — you go find it An independent thinker who is comfortable challenging assumptions with evidence A fast learner with genuine enthusiasm for picking up new tools, platforms, and frameworks Someone who connects data to action — not satisfied with a beautiful dashboard unless it's driving a decision A natural collaborator who can earn trust across functions and levels of the organization Detail-oriented but strategic — you can zoom in on the data and zoom out to the business impact Why Join Us Be a key voice in shaping how a prominent fintech SaaS company understands and engages its customers Work directly with senior leadership with a clear line of sight to business impact Operate in a dynamic environment where your work matters and is recognized Competitive compensation, benefits, and a collaborative team culture based in Plano, TX This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
