ABOUT THE ROLE

This newly created role in a small multi-disciplinary team supports recent growth in the VGSO and improvements in the marketing and communications function. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align marketing initiatives with broader business direction and outcomes.
Success in this role demands adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will work across branches of the organisation, responding swiftly to changing priorities and client needs, to drive engagement. Your ability to communicate VGSO benefits clearly and persuasively will be essential in managing client expectations and managing relationships.
You will work with the Client Insights and Communications team to define key tasks, coordinate execution, and monitor progress to meet critical milestones.
If you are a results-driven professional with expertise in marketing, strategic or corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and project management, we invite you to be part of the next stage in our growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, programs and events from conception to conclusion.
  • Provide strategic advice, develop communications, and produce accurate and easy to understand content, marketing materials, and collateral.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, to meet unique needs of different parts of the business and ensure involvement in the development of client and business development plans.
  • Advance the communications function by guiding the broader organisation in consistent and strategic internal and external communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Implement effective processes, systems and new technologies to meet best practice and continuously improve the delivery.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on key marketing and communications metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, addressing challenges, and recommending improvements.
  • Support leadership with clear, effective communication that promotes transparency, fosters two-way dialogue, and builds trust internally and externally.
