POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Sr Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing detailed project plans for integrated marketing communications initiatives that support Girl Scouts of Connecticut’s (GSOFCT) strategic goals. This role involves managing strategic, digital, and media campaigns to boost brand awareness, increase revenue, and grow statewide membership.
The Sr. Marketing & Communications Manager collaborates with the Marcom team, internal leadership, and external vendors to execute effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
