Join our award-winning Marketing & Public Relations team as our next Senior Marketing & PR Specialist. We’re looking for a seasoned, forward-thinking professional who can spearhead high-impact marketing and communications initiatives, elevate brand visibility across channels, and mentor junior team members while driving measurable results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of marketing and public relations experience. Internships are not considered for the 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with a solid understanding of AP Style.
• Examples of strong project management skills.
• Great speaker with experience giving presentations.
• Experience working with multiple layers of leadership.
• Proven experience leading media campaigns and have established relationships with reporters.
• Advertising knowledge and experience (print, digital, and outdoor).
• Strong experience in social media campaign development and results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and high client expectations.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
