JOIN US AS A SENIOR MARKETING ARTIST AND CREATE STUNNING VISUALS THAT IMPRESS!

We’re looking for a talented individual, with extensive experience as a Senior Marketing Artist, who will have a key role in shaping our brand visually. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your skills in advanced 3D/VFX animation with Employer Branding activities. You’ll be responsible for crafting spectacular visuals for international trade fairs and supporting our 3-person Employer Branding team in their efforts to curate our company image as an employer of choice. If you’re passionate about creating captivating, high-quality animations in Blender, with practical and effective application of Generative AI tools, have the ability to think strategically about visual marketing, and want to have a real impact on our company image globally, then this role is for you!

REQUIREMENTS – WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Senior-level knowledge and experience, with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of 3D/VFX animation
• Proficiency in Blender (complex animations, VFX)
• Proven, practical know-how in using Generative AI in the creative process (with illustrative examples from your portfolio)
• Experience in creating marketing visuals (experience with Employer Branding is a big plus)
• A proactive attitude, self-starter mindset and excellent communication skills
• A very good level of English (min. B2/C1)

• Designing and implementing world-class 3D/VFX animations (Blender) for large format events
• Creating engaging visuals for Employer Branding
• Actively implementing and using Generative AI tools for innovative and optimalized workflows
