Purpose of Position We are recruiting a creative, dynamic, detail-oriented, and well-organized Senior Marketing Associate to drive campaign excellence in our world-class CASETIFY Co-Lab partnerships. This role will collaborate closely with the Global Partnerships Team and the Creative Team to drive and execute strategic campaigns that meet business objectives. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager (Co-Lab), you will bridge the gap between creative vision and global execution, ensuring every campaign is intentional, data-driven, and aesthetically aligned with the CASETiFY brand. Job Description Campaign Strategy & Execution Drive end-to-end coordination (from ideation to execution) of marketing strategies for Co-Lab & Partnerships campaigns, ensuring all actions align with broader company goals. Act as a central point of contact for global functional teams (PR, Social, UGC, KOL, Gifting, Growth). You will hold these teams accountable for strategic output and ensure alignment of campaign direction. Author comprehensive creative briefs for external agencies and internal teams, translating stakeholder requirements into creative assets. Strategic Insights & Analysis Transform complex market insights and campaign data into aesthetically pleasing, high-impact decks and visuals that inform our campaign strategy. Conduct deep-dive research into collaboration partners to inform campaign direction and maintain our competitive edge. Ensure every campaign element is executed with an intentional, strategic mindset. Project Management & Operations Manage marketing campaign timelines and follow-up deliverable schedules with internal teams, ensuring all functional marketing support is synchronized and documented. Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project health. Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Assistant Marketing Manager and wider team. Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a fast-paced creative agency or in-house brand team, with a proven track record in end-to-end campaign development. Exceptional eye for creative direction and visual communication. Must be able to translate campaign strategy into high-impact assets and decks. Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behaviour and trends, especially within Western markets. Strong project management skills with the ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines and high-quality outputs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. A proactive, “solutions-first” mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-paced environments with confidence. Meticulous attention to detail in both creative output and administrative coordination.
