Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Marketing Associate on a permanent basis on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based our Home Office in Saskatoon, SK.
Our Senior Marketing Associate is a non-management position that is a great stepping stone for management roles at FCL. If you are just starting your career in marketing and are interested in home and building products, this is the opportunity for you!

WHO YOU ARE:

You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

• Have one of the following combinations of experience and education:
• One-year administrative experience and a recognized two-year post-secondary Retailing or Business Administration program from a technical institute or university.
• No experience and a University Degree in Commerce or Business Administration with a preference given to those applicants with a major in Marketing. Retail/wholesale experience is an asset.
• Are familiar with Microsoft Excel.

• Co-ordinate the development and proof the final layout and prices of selected Home and Building Solutions (HABS) Flyers.
• Respond to and help maintain the Home Admin email address to communicate bulletins, briefs and other correspondence to external and internal customers.
• Acquire and maintain all advertising materials from suppliers, such as logos and project/advertising files for promotions.
• Maintain files of competitor advertising, analyze sales of selected promotion items, and assist in marketing programs.
• Assist with Buymart preparation.
• Other duties as required.
  Who you’ll work with :
  The Team: You will work closely with other members of the HABS marketing group including a the HABS associate, Senior Marketing Specialist, and the Marketing Coordinator and will report into the Operational Support Manager . This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, trust, and connectivity.
  The Collaborators: You will work closely with Category Managers for each product category in the Home Centre Flyers to be distributed across Western Canada.
