Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, structured and collaborative candidate to join our team of 4 skilled MA colleagues. You will be ensuring that our MA platform, Marketo, is well functioning in relation to integrations, features and database quality, as well as building trigger-based omnichannel programs and taking part in leveraging our MA foundation.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Develop and optimize Marketo functionality such as forms and webpages, lead scoring, 1-1 channels and reporting, cross platform personalization etc
  • Monitor the Marketo-CRM integration and database quality, initiating data clean-up activities and platform governance
  • Develop, maintain, test and optimize MA campaigns and trigger-based omnichannel programs across channels and platforms, throughout the customer journey
  • Facilitate and implement various initiatives such as lead scoring, webinar functionality and behavior tracking
