Do you have a passion for business analysis? If you’re passionate about using insights to do things differently, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the delivery of our strategy in AXA Health’s Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations team.
You’ll work across Marketing, business and technical teams to ensure outcomes are understood and requirements captured to deliver improvements to marketing strategy, initiatives and projects.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
