We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the delivery of our strategy in AXA Health’s Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations team.
You’ll work across Marketing, business and technical teams to ensure outcomes are understood and requirements captured to deliver improvements to marketing strategy, initiatives and projects.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of team priorities and projects.
  • Set and shape the correct delivery approach – driving best practice and consistency across the Marketing Business Analyst community.
  • Line manage a team of Marketing Business Analysts.
  • Spend time with IT, Business and Change teams to understand their processes and systems.
  • Be responsible for in-depth technical and business analysis.
  • Provide detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work collaboratively with Developers, Testers and Technology and Strategy leads.
  • Point of contact for colleagues, providing day-to-day support of marketing reporting and analytics.
