About the Role We are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the coordination, execution, and optimization of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across a portfolio of brands. This role is the operational backbone of marketing execution, responsible for ensuring campaigns are planned, built, launched, and optimized with precision. You will manage 12 brands (supported by a 2-headcount structure), bringing structure, consistency, and performance discipline to all marketing initiatives. You will work closely with leadership, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is compelling, campaigns are executed flawlessly, and timelines are consistently met. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in complex environments, excels in campaign planning, and can operate 6–8 weeks ahead of schedule. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution - Own end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, social, print, and radio) - Build and maintain a structured campaign calendar across 12 brands - Plan and execute campaigns 6–8 weeks in advance, ensuring readiness before launch - Coordinate 8–10 emails per brand in advance, along with: 6–10 radio ads 3–5 social media posts per week per brand Partner with the VP of Marketing to define campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, timelines, and channel mix Messaging & Content Development - Develop and refine campaign messaging, positioning, and storytelling - Craft high-quality email copy, advertising scripts, and promotional content - Prepare messaging and campaign assets for internal approval prior to go-live - Continuously optimize messaging based on performance data and audience response - CRM & Marketing Automation Execution - Build and deploy campaigns within CRM and marketing platforms, including: ServiceTitan Salesforce HubSpot - Structure emails, modify templates, and ensure proper formatting and segmentation - Insert graphics, copy, and assets into CRM systems to create high-performing campaigns - Ensure campaigns are optimized to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and engagement Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with designers to develop visually compelling campaign assets using tools like Canva and internal templates - Provide clear creative direction and ensure alignment between messaging and design - Collaborate across marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure campaign consistency - Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track and analyze campaign performance, including: Email delivery and engagement metrics Click-through and conversion rates - Channel performance across paid, social, and radio - Continuously test, iterate, and pivot messaging and campaigns based on insights - Ensure campaigns evolve toward stronger performance and scalability over time Project & Stakeholder Management - Act as the central coordinator for all campaign-related activities - Maintain tight timelines and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines - Manage communication via Slack and email, with regular weekly calls and updates - Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to campaign execution across teams Qualifications & Experience - 5–7+ years of experience in: Marketing campaign management Lifecycle or communications marketing - Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns at scale Strong expertise in: - Email marketing strategy and execution - Paid advertising (digital and print) - Social media campaign management - Radio advertising and media deal coordination - Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan) - Exceptional organizational and project management skills - Strong copywriting and messaging development capabilities - Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail Work Setup & Requirements - Full-time, remote role - Must be able to work East Coast hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) - Preferred 5–6 hours overlap with U.S. working hours - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with weekly cadence calls Success Metrics - Campaigns consistently delivered on time and error-free - Ability to maintain a 6–8 week forward campaign pipeline - Improved email performance (open rates, CTR, engagement) - Strong execution across all channels (email, social, paid, radio, print) - High-quality messaging aligned with brand voice and objectives Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation aligned with experience, with opportunities for growth in a high-impact, performance-driven environment.
