As part of the MedHealth NDIS Services Division, you'll be supporting high-impact brands including Outcomes Connect Australia, and other specialist therapy providers – each dedicated to helping people with disability achieve their goals. You’ll lead campaigns, shape strategy, and execute creative and effective marketing and communications that connect with a range of audiences including clinicians, participants and their families, referrers, and internal teams. This is a key role as we enter an exciting period of growth. What you’ll be doing Drive the execution of our annual marketing and communications plans for Outcomes Connect Australia and other brands. Create high-quality content for digital and print – including socials, email, flyers, website and internal communications. Manage campaigns from end to end – briefing designers and agency partners, tracking performance, and refining along the way. Support internal engagement and culture-building communications. Work closely with the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager and a supportive, tight-knit team. What you’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications, including time in a senior or lead role where you've juggled multiple priorities and audiences. A passion for creating engaging, on-brand content and campaigns. Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Experience managing stakeholders and projects with confidence and care. Strong time management and project coordination skills. Knowledge of the disability, healthcare or NDIS sector (ideal but not essential). Why join us?
