You’ll be the storyteller, the bridge builder, and the keeper of the good news helping our internal artists shine safely (NDA-friendly!), showcasing our studio’s incredible work to the world, and nurturing a warm, inspired community both inside and outside the studio. Envar is looking for a proactive, independent, and creatively driven Marketing & Communications Manager to work closely with leadership and take ownership of both internal and external communications and social media for our art outsourcing studio. Responsibilities Fully own the Envar social media pipeline - from planning content, to creating posts, to publishing and engaging with the community. Be the main point of contact for the pipeline of safely posting recent released materials, communicating with Project Managers, Artists and the CEO to curate and align the content that goes out. Represent Envar across all digital platforms with a consistent, professional, and authentic tone. Collaborate with our People & Culture team to support relationships with partners, creative communities and events. Organize and manage external events, contests, and activations that showcase the studio’s art and people. Own and craft the monthly Studio Newsletter and other internal communications, and looking out for internal gathering and engagement opportunities. Come up with innovative ways to connect, motivate, and recognize the people within the studio. Stay up to date with trends in the art and gaming industries to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table. Qualifications 4+ years in a community management, communications, or similar role Proven ability to independently own and manage multiple communication channels and initiatives Familiarity with the art/gaming industry, particularly around digital art, and well known gaming IP franchises Experience with social media content planning and tools (e.g. scheduling platforms, analytics) Confident using platforms like Discord, Miro, and Adobe Suite Proactive and highly self motivated you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Understanding of community building both online and in person Passion for games, art, and creative collaboration Bonus Points Previous experience in a creative or gaming studio Being a gamer yourself Background in event planning, content creation, or internal communications Interest and/or experience with 2d art Hands-on experience hosting community calls or managing online creative workshops Image editing skills for social media and communication purposes Why Join Envar?
