As a Senior Data Analyst for SEA Bidding & AI-Driven Performance, you will work closely with Data Science, Pricing, and Platform Engineering to optimize how millions of euros are invested in SEA. This is a high-impact, analytical role where you combine bidding strategy, experimentation, API-level automation, and AI-assisted analysis to build the infrastructure that makes optimization repeatable and future-proof. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You analyze performance data to model elasticity curves, marginal ROI, and optimal bidding thresholds - partnering with Data Science to embed algorithmic bidding models into daily operations You design and run structured experiments on bidding strategies, pricing interactions, and keyword intent tiers, instrumenting them via the Google Ads API to enable automated allocation and real-time result capture You use SQL and BI tools to surface inefficiencies, uncover growth opportunities, and monitor competitive dynamics to strategically reallocate spend toward higher-value areas You build and maintain Python-based pipelines using the Google Ads API and SA360 API to automate data ingestion, bid adjustments, and campaign health monitoring You develop dashboards that expose spend efficiency, incremental contribution, and market elasticity - enabling self-serve insights across the SEA team You act as the analytical bridge between SEA, Data Science, Pricing, and Platform Engineering, championing data-backed, model-driven decision making while mentoring team members on hypothesis-driven work and practical AI tooling YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You bring experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative marketing, ideally from a tech, e-commerce, or mobility environment Background You are proficient in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and comfortable using Python for data manipulation, scripting, and workflow automation Knowledge You have a solid understanding of digital auction mechanics, Smart Bidding, and value-based bidding strategies, and are familiar with LTV/CAC thinking, incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and multi-channel measurement Tools & Platforms You have hands-on experience with the Google Ads API or SA360 API, familiarity with data warehouse environments such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake, and exposure to algorithmic bidding systems or predictive modelling is a strong plus Mindset You actively use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to write and iterate faster — and you bring that energy and curiosity to the wider team and look for the next problem before being asked, and are always exploring how emerging tools can make your work and your team's work smarter Soft Skills You are proactive and thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments, translating complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders WHAT WE OFFER The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs - Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações - are where you'll find your new home base.
