Description
For our Customer & Marketing team, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Data & Tech Expert, someone who combines a technical side with a great analytical vision of the Marketing funnel. The real match is an hybrid profile between the ability to define the measurement architecture of the Marketing assets and to analyze and extract insights from full-funnel KPIs. Allianz is in full transformation, so we are looking for a very motivated person, a believer in teamwork, willing to get involved in our project and contribute, not only on a professional but also a personal level What will you do? • Design and implement the measurement architecture of digital assets (web, app) and the media campaigns • Lead the conceptualization and implementation, with external partners, of sales attribution models • Monitor full- funnel on & off campaigns effectiveness and prove insights: transform & enrich data from various Marketing data sources to draw a holistic view of the campaigns • Track our digital sales, ensuring the end-to-end measurement • Analyze data and visualize results using Power BI and similar technologies • Produce reports and charts communicating results, trends and key learnings • Research new ways to make use and take advantage of the collected data • Work with different colleagues in the Customer & Marketing team and within the company (Sales, Lines of Business,…) What does Allianz need from you? • Previous experience in the Marketing data & tech field, even in agencies or end client, for almost 5 years • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or similar • Deep knowledge of the Marketing KPIs, from awareness to consideration, performance or loyalty • Advanced knowledge of tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush or PowerBI. • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate testing • High analytical & strategical thinking capacity, focusing on ROI • Excellent relationship & communications skills • Proactive mindset and attention to detail and accuracy • Client focus approach • Spoken & written English and Spanish • Being a teamplayer is a must -the atmosphere in the team is great and we want to ensure that this doesn’t change- 85148 | Diseño y marketing | Profesional / Senior | Non-Executive | Allianz Spain | Jornada completa | Indefinido
