Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Senior Marketing Designer, you’ll contribute elevated design execution and visual leadership across high-impact projects and day-to-day marketing initiatives. Working under the Art Director, you’ll take ownership of key campaign assets, ensure visual consistency, and guide junior designers to uphold quality standards. You’ll bring experience, precision, and brand fluency to every touchpoint—helping scale creative output while maintaining excellence in a premium skincare environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Execution & Direction

  • Design high-quality digital and print materials for product launches, monthly campaigns, and evergreen marketing.
  • Take ownership of major design projects from concept to final delivery, collaborating with the Art Director to refine visual direction.
  • Execute technically accurate packaging updates, including regulatory revisions and dieline formatting.
  • Create campaign-level email designs, paid ad units, and social content aligned with messaging and brand goals.
  • Develop and refine educational documents, internal decks, and sales support tools.

Team Support & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Act as a mentor and design quality gatekeeper for junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
  • Partner with marketing, content, eCommerce, and product teams to deliver clear, aligned communications.
  • Help maintain and evolve shared templates, brand systems, and asset libraries.

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure all design output meets brand standards across layout, typography, color, and tone.
  • Help refine and expand the visual language of the brand through asset development and template optimization.
  • Lead by example in following and enforcing brand guidelines, especially on high-visibility projects.

Asset Categories You’ll Work On

  • Digital marketing: email blasts, animated social content, paid ads, banners, landing pages
  • Print: foam boards, packaging updates, sell sheets, PR mailers, event invitations
  • Web: product imagery, website refresh modules, promotional graphics
  • Packaging: label adjustments, dieline formatting, compliance/regulatory layout changes
  • Sales & Education: clinical studies, Before & Afters, training decks, internal materials
  • Internal/partner templates: branded documents, email signatures, webinars
