You will own projects end-to-end while ensuring consistency, clarity, and visual excellence across all deliverables. Design and develop pitch decks, one-pagers, ebooks, presentations, and other B2B marketing assets for external audiences. Translate marketing and commercial briefs into strong visual design solutions aligned with business goals. Manage design projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and driving alignment. Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs while adapting assets for multiple channels. Review and guide work from external designers or contractors when required. Collaborate with global design and marketing teams to support broader brand initiatives and campaign execution. Continuously explore creative improvements and innovative design approaches to enhance engagement and effectiveness. Requirements You bring strong experience in marketing or commercial design, ideally within B2B or agency environments, along with the ability to balance creativity and stakeholder management. You are highly skilled in visual storytelling and confident in working across fast-moving, cross-functional teams. 7+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or agency design roles. Strong portfolio showcasing B2B marketing assets such as decks, ebooks, and campaign creatives. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and user-centered design principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and defend creative ideas. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience designing for B2B technology or sales enablement materials is a strong advantage.
