Guide creative teams to develop impactful marketing assets. Define KPIs and frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Requirements 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing or digital growth roles. Proven track record in developing impactful marketing strategies. Experience in both direct-to-consumer and B2B2C business models. Strong skills in lifecycle marketing and performance optimization.
