Description

Dexory is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the growing needs of our marketing team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the broader team
to execute campaigns, manage social media, create engaging content, and support event and recruitment marketing
initiatives. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital platforms and help drive measurable results.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and would be suitable for someone looking

busy marketing and communications environment, with lots of opportunities to help make a real impact.

SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in digital marketing or content marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in exploring new channels/formats, including SEMrush and

Google Analytics.

  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing is a plus.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree qualified / CIM Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Marketing desirable
  • Computer literate – good knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Suite
  • Experience with / knowledge of CRM platform like Hubspot
  • Experience in a graphics package like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and execute social media content and strategy across platforms, including exploring new formats and

channels

  • Execute SEO strategies, including writing blogs and optimising on-page content, including monthly newsletters
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of design and video assets.
  • Assist with campaign management; ideation, creation and execution to support Demand Generation Manager
  • Manage webinar planning programme and execution
  • Handle website updates and content execution tasks.
  • Support event planning and execution.
  • Provide support for HR and recruitment marketing efforts, including creating materials and campaigns.
