What You Will Deliver Report to the Hong Kong Head of Marketing Formulate marketing awareness campaign to enhance marketing knowledge of different company products including different types of vehicles, delivery, B2B and other products Planning and execution of all overall marketing strategies including Life-cycle management to drive acquisition, engagement & retention Online channels: digital paid channels for social media content) Work with growth team to formulate online media strategy, review and evaluate digital marketing activities across channels such as SEM, SEO, social, mobile, display, video, retargeting, content marketing, and email, offline marketing, digital coupon redemption and partnership efforts Social media content strategy Offline channels Partnership Work closely with the data team, ops team and product team on project execution & product innovations Defining outcome metrics and measuring campaign success on a weekly basis to optimize ROI Who You Are: Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese is a must 3-5 years of marketing experience with good marketing sense and knowledge Familiar with growth marketing metrics (Google & social) to measure success of campaigns Proactive, ambitious and self-motivated in a hyper-growth and fast-paced working environment Experience with Life cycle management is a plus Experience in ad or marketing agency/ platform/logistics/ e-commerce fulfilment environment is a plus Interest in latest marketing trend and technology Ability to navigate through ambiguity and constant change Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player Experience with CMS and website update is a plus Driving experience and knowledge is a plus Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive What We Offer A company provides casual and flexible working environment A company promotes learning, continuous improvement, and personal growth
