KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Retail Management/ BusinessRelevant marketing work experience will have added advantage, preferably in the Home Appliance Industry.

• Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns to attract potential customers and retain existing ones, in line with company objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities, and report on performance metrics with ROI analysis.
• Establish budgets and targets, including developing effective pricing strategies for products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors to develop new strategic partnerships.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications across digital and offline channels (e.g., content creation, campaigns, publicity, social media, and events).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the development of competitive products and services.
• Produce engaging content for digital platforms, product launches, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.Collaborate with sales and product development teams to support forecasting, reporting, new product launches, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
