JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving the success of our events through advanced strategic input and hands-on execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position works directly with the Global Events Manager to ensure marketing initiatives are highly effective in achieving commercial objectives, enhancing audience engagement, and maximising sponsor satisfaction. The Senior Marketing Executive will take a lead on complex campaigns, overseeing their full lifecycle from advanced audience targeting and compelling content creation to in-depth performance analysis and strategic reporting. This role requires a proactive, commercially astute individual capable of driving measurable results, upholding brand consistency, and continuously innovating our marketing approaches to support the growth and reputation of The Recruitment Events Co.’s events.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years’ proven experience in a marketing role, with significant hands-on experience in event marketing or a closely related field.
