As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of marketing strategy, data analytics, content creation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution (minimum 3-years’ experience).
· Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar (email automation, analytics, and segmentation).
· Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting, social media, and digital campaigns.
· Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM reporting, or similar)
· Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising best practices
· Highly organized with strong project management skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Previous experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or golf industry marketing is advantageous.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress etc.)
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, optimizing data-driven decision-making, and driving brand awareness and engagement. This role requires an individual with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and CRM automation to enhance our marketing performance and customer journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
· Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email automation, audience segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
· Create compelling multi-channel content for digital platforms, including social media, website, email, direct mail and digital advertising.
· Analyze data and key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
· Collaborate with in-house design and sales team to develop engaging promotional materials.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
· Manage and enhance SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to drive traffic and lead generation.
