SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Office (Oldbury), move to 1-2 days home working after probation period
Reporting to: Head of Sales and Marketing
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

CREATE AND LEAD THE STRATEGY FOR OUR WEBSITES, ENSURING A SEAMLESS, USER-FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE THAT DRIVES ENGAGEMENT AND CONVERSION. WORK WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL TEAMS TO DELIVER SITE IMPROVEMENTS AND INNOVATION.

  • SEO Strategy and Management:

WORK CLOSELY WITH THE WIDER MARKETING, SALES AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO ALIGN MARKETING ACTIVITY WITH BUSINESS NEEDS AND COMMERCIAL GOALS.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including website development principles and UX best practices
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, with experience developing and delivering SEO strategies
  • Experience managing social media platforms and paid social campaigns
  • Data-driven approach, confident with reporting and using insights to optimise campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
