EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of marketing campaign planning and KPI reporting.
  • Previous involvement with campaign budget planning.
  • Previous involvement with creating content in highly regulated industries.
  • Working knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
  • Experience within the motor industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educated to A level or equivalent, ideally in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • CIM qualification.
Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The Senior Marketing Executive is a core member of our Group marketing team, responsible for owning the marketing activity for a number of our brands and locations. The post holder is entrusted with ensuring that we are compliant with manufacturer marketing mandates, whilst developing tactical, localised marketing plans to support achievement of our objectives, in collaboration with our general management teams.
The Senior Marketing Executive should be well versed in a wide range of marketing channels, and take ownership of their own development, ensuring that they are up to date with the latest advancements in digital marketing and new and innovative ways of targeting, in order to bring solutions to operational challenges and opportunities.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To deliver highly targeted and commercially robust marketing plans that support our achievement of the sales and aftersales objectives.
  • To provide a consultative approach to our general management team, identifying how marketing activity can support them in capitalising on opportunities within our territories.
  • To liaise with the marketing teams at our manufacturer partners to ensure that all marketing mandates are met, and that we are working collaboratively to achieve our objectives.
  • To work with our supporting marketing agencies to develop industry leading customer communications.
  • To extract data from our DMS and CRM Systems based on agreed parameters to enable campaign execution.
  • To ensure that best practice in relation to the management of customer records is adhered to.
  • To regularly review marketing performance, report on ROI, and make recommendations on how to refine activity to deliver improved results.
