We have offices in Gatwick and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Crawley and London office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the marketing manager in event marketing functions, including owning the production of marketing assets and working with the manager to create and deliver effective event marketing plans.
  • Supporting the monitoring of brand usage and implement brand standards across the board, and the preparation and distribution of marketing guidelines, toolkits and materials.
  • Creating, planning and managing campaigns and projects, including clear measurable objectives.
  • Contributing ideas and participating in conceptualising content and strategies.
  • Copywriting and fact checking promotional materials such as emails, letters, web pages and banners.
  • Preparing vendor briefs to commission videos and promotional materials.
  • Ensuring all campaigns are conducted cost efficiently with the best results possible.
  • Collecting and collating marketing activities results from the various platforms and producing reports.
  • Supporting in the creation of surveys and distribution of results.
  • Conducting research on competing events and brands for B2B and B2C markets and analysing industry reports relevant to the brand.
  • Compiling post-event impact reports.
  • Performing administration tasks, including but not limited to: updating and maintaining the marketing records on the server; handling vendor invoices and updating budget use; updating and circulating relevant marketing materials internally.
