Responsibilities

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Keeping projects on track – Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating campaigns, content, and events using tools like ClickUp, and help the team stay organised and on schedule.

  • Owning the detail – From finance admin (like POs and invoices) to CRM data and reporting, you’ll help keep everything accurate and up to date.

  • Supporting campaign delivery – Assist with digital marketing activity across email, landing pages, and CRM, and liaise with external partners to keep things moving.
  • Coordinating events and exhibitions – Manage logistics, suppliers, and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day and beyond.
  • Being the team’s go-to – Help with inboxes, diary coordination, and making sure processes are followed, so the team can focus on delivery.

Essential and desirable capabilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing executive or senior marketing support role.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels – including SEO, PPC, CRM, email automation, and basic analytics.
  • Confident using email marketing or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar).
  • Exceptional organisational skills with experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with finance admin, CRM data, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills – comfortable liaising across teams and suppliers.
  • Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently to solve problems and keep projects moving.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience managing events, exhibitions, or logistics-heavy projects.
  • Good understanding of marketing performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards).
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes, raising POs, and supplier onboarding.
  • Ability to learn quickly and help others adopt new tools and processes.
