We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to be the dedicated marketer for YouBiz. You'll own the full marketing mix for our B2B product - from partnerships and events to campaigns and product launches. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives with autonomy. You'll be the sole marketer focused on YouBiz, working closely with our Sales team and cross-functionally with the broader YouTrip marketing team. What You'll Do: Brand & Communications Own YouBiz brand positioning, messaging, and voice Develop and maintain corporate communications and key messaging frameworks Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels Shape how YouBiz is perceived in the Singapore SME market Events & Offline Channels Plan and execute presence at industry events (e.g., eCom expos, SME conferences) Explore new offline channels to reach SME decision-makers Manage event logistics, collateral, and lead capture Measure and report on event ROI Partnerships Manage and grow our affiliate and partner network Identify and onboard new strategic partners Negotiate partnership terms and track performance Campaigns Execute seasonal and tactical campaigns (referral programs, cashback promotions) Coordinate cross-marketing initiatives with YouTrip consumer brand Create campaign assets - landing pages, emails, social content Product Marketing & Sales Support Support product launches and feature announcements Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies) Coordinate communications for product changes (e.g., migrations, updates) Gather market feedback to inform product roadmap What We're Looking For: 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or SME-focused businesses Experience developing brand positioning or messaging frameworks Proven track record managing partnerships or events end-to-end Strong project management - can juggle multiple workstreams independently Hands-on executor - comfortable building campaigns, writing copy, managing vendors Data-informed - uses metrics to prioritize and optimize, not just gut feel Excellent communication - can work effectively with Sales, Product, and external partners
