Job summary We are looking for a marketing specialist as a central function who will collect and synthesize marketing data/documents from leagues and squads in an agile organization. Main responsibilities Offer master data collection, analysis and publication: work closely with Finance team and front office marketing team to collect offer data from key countries/zones, validate with country focal and product owners, then work on data analysis at regular basis; publish data results to league leaders, league marketing and selective commercial team with consistent report format; Competition intelligence for legacy offers: collect competition intelligence from prescription leader, commercial team, marketing campaigns/exhibits, external research sources/newsletter and work on consolidation; facilitate to improve the usage of competition database, to track progress and organize sharing within marketing community; Market research for deep-dive topics: facilitate to work on future offer strategic topics, e.g. digital, MVDC, prosumer, etc. Ad-hoc marketing activities: incl. AMR analysis, internal KPI update (offer sustainability, etc.), format consistency for league marketing, etc. Required qualifications Bachelor degree or above in marketing / management / engineering /science; relevant education background and MBA preferred; 2-5 years marketing experience in industrial B2B is required; other experiences like sales or business development will be a plus; Highly fact-based and data-driven, solid skills in consolidating marketing intelligence and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Skills in other data processing tools, e.g. Power BI and Tableau will be a plus; Strong ownership and self-motivation, credible in delivering results; Excellent communication skills, proven stakeholder management skills and multi-cultural experience will be a plus; Fluent English (both verbal and writing), French speaker will be a plus.
