Job Description As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will position Accor Plus as the marketing platform of choice for Accor hotels across Australia and New Zealand. In this 12-month fixed-term contract role, you will lead the development and delivery of member-focused campaigns and communications that drive engagement, loyalty and retention among ALL Accor+ Explorer members. Working closely with Accor hotels and strategic partners, you will create commercially impactful campaigns, compelling offers and exceptional member experiences that deliver value for both members and stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will also provide leadership, coaching and support to a remote Marketing Executive, fostering collaboration and high performance across the marketing function.
