JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for Acube Development, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement across various platforms. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support the company’s real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering long-term growth. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to effectively promote the company’s offerings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior management role, ideally in the real estate or development sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company’s business goals and objectives.
• Oversee brand management efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
• Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, using this data to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, and press releases.
• Optimize online presence by leading SEO, SEM, and social media strategies, driving increased traffic and engagement.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and tracking the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven environment.
• Work closely with the sales, development, and external partners to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with project timelines and objectives.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
