SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Manager for APAC at Guidewire will be an experienced marketing professional who can drive the execution of our marketing strategy in the markets we operate in (currently Australia, New Zealand and Japan). They will work with senior stakeholders including Guidewire’s CMO, Guidewire’s APAC MD and senior leaders across sales and marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be part of the APAC leadership team, collaborating closely with sales, inside sales, alliances and product teams in the region, and with the global marketing organization to ensure we execute our plans to build a pipeline and brand in APAC aligned to our global marketing strategy.

Specific skills and experiences we are looking for include:

  • Marketing generalist with 5+ years of experience across disciplines with an emphasis on field marketing/demand generation in B2B enterprise application space
  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing in the region
  • Strong background in creating, managing, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Experienced in driving account-based marketing (ABM) programs and use of ABM systems
  • Strong analytical skills: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, etc..).
  • Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in the Insurance technology market is helpful but not required
