QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree is required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of overall experience in medical device or healthcare industry
  • 3+ years of marketing (product and brand) experience preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Prior Leadership and people management experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Experience with thought leader and faculty development and management and development is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills are required.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on leadership, relationship development, and influence management is preferred.
Responsibilities

Platform responsibility (Stratafix, TSA and Orthopaedics )

  • Develop and execute the regional platform strategy for advanced brands of Stratafix, TSA and Orthopaedic specialty
  • Shape market activities to elevate the role of advanced wound closure in focus specialties
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and deliver related platform initiatives
  • Manage the product lifecycle, pricing and portfolio optimization in the region
  • Lead NPI and launch excellence across the core wound closure platform with cross-functional teams, GSM and country marketers
  • Undertake market research activities as needed to uncover unmet needs and portfolio gaps
  • Collaborate with functions, GSM and country teams to execute on initiatives and drive best practices
  • Work with key regional surgical associations to build external leaderships for wound closure
  • Support country marketing on technical product inquiries related to respective platforms, providing appropriate product information, including technical data & clinical inputs
  • Actively engage with functional partners on forecasting optimize forecasts and supply to meet business objectives
